BUSINESS COACHING TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Introduction
Welcome to the Elite Business Coaching Program offered by Radical Results Performance Inc., led by Coach Rad Palivan and his team. This document outlines the Terms and Conditions applicable to all participants ("the Client") in the program. By engaging in our services, you, the Client, acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions, forming a binding contract with Radical Results Performance Inc. ("the Coach”).
2. Scope of Services
The Elite Business Coaching Program is tailored to foster unparalleled business and personal growth for the Client. While the program does not provide therapy or psychological counseling, it encompasses a comprehensive suite of consulting and advisory services. These services are designed to guide, advise, and assist the Client in identifying and overcoming blind spots, avoiding common mistakes, and seizing opportunities within their business and personal development.
The program delivers personalized coaching that includes, but is not limited to, performance optimization, strategic business planning, actionable goal setting, and the implementation of transformative strategies. Through direct and personal conversations, the coaching relationship aims to empower the Client to achieve specific outcomes and milestones. The Coach will offer insights, strategies, and perspectives to help the Client navigate challenges, leveraging opportunities to facilitate meaningful growth and achievement.
Engagement in the program requires active Client participation, where the Client is expected to engage with the coaching process openly and proactively. This involvement includes timely attendance at scheduled sessions, active participation in discussions, and diligent execution of agreed-upon action steps. The program’s ultimate goal is to provide the Client with the tools, knowledge, and support needed to achieve sustained success and growth in both business and personal arenas.
3. Program Duration and Delivery
The duration of the coaching program extends over a period of 12 months from the date of commencement, unless otherwise agreed and indicated. Coaching and/or training sessions will be scheduled in advance and may be delivered via phone or Zoom, at the discretion of the Coach and the Client. Individual coaching sessions are typically 45 minutes in duration, with adjustments made as deemed necessary by the Coach.
4. Financial Terms
The total investment for the program is listed in the EBC Agreement. Payment methods accepted include wire transfer and credit card. Credit card transactions are subject to a payment processing fee outlined in the agreement. Late payments are subject to a late fee of 3% of the due amount per month.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
The Client may cancel their enrollment within 24 hours of placing the order for a refund by contacting [email protected]. After this period, refunds are only issued under specific conditions detailed herein. The Coach reserves the right to cancel the program for any reason, providing a refund of the investment paid by the Client within 30 days of notice of cancellation. Refunds are issued minus any third-party fees, such as payment processing fees or admin fees.
6. Client Commitment
This program is reserved for those committed to extraordinary results in business and life - to raise the bar on what’s possible and make it happen.
For the coaching to be effective, the Client agrees to fully engage in the process. This includes attending all sessions and on time, actively participating in discussions, and implementing the action and preparatory steps agreed upon during sessions. The Client understands that the level of results is based on the Client’s level of effort, participation, implementation, and prompt communication with the Coach.
7. Confidentiality
All the information provided is strictly confidential. No information or content shall be released to any persons, including spouse or immediate family; except at the client’s request. The Client’s willingness to be truthful, open and vulnerable are paramount to the Client's coaching success.
The Coach is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all Client information. Personal information will be collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act. Coaching sessions may be recorded for the benefit of the coaching process. For coaching purposes only, all calls will be recorded digitally and can be provided to the Client after the coaching session. Your Coach will keep these files only for the duration of this agreement.
8. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All materials, resources, content, and verbal teachings provided during the coaching program, including but not limited to worksheets, videos, guides, digital content, and oral presentations, are the intellectual property of Radical Results Performance Inc. This encompasses all proprietary information disclosed through any format, whether in writing, electronically, or spoken during individual or group coaching sessions, webinars, workshops, and any other verbal communication made in the context of the coaching program. The Client may use these materials solely for personal and non-commercial use within the scope of the coaching program. Any reproduction, distribution, transmission, modification, public performance, or public display of these materials and verbal teachings without express written permission from Radical Results Performance Inc. is strictly prohibited.
9. Non-Solicitation
The Client agrees not to solicit other members of the program, community, or participants of any event or program organized by Radical Results Performance Inc., for their own or others’ commercial benefit without express authorization from Radical Results Performance Inc. Should a Client be solicited by another member of the program, community, or any event participant, they are to report such incidents immediately to Radical Results Performance Inc. This clause is intended to maintain the integrity and focus of the coaching environment, ensuring that all participants can engage freely and openly without commercial pressure or distraction.
